The Toyota 86 was released in April 2012, a front-engine rear-wheel drive sports car powered by a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine. Since then it has also enjoyed popularity in motorsports, including this GAZOO Racing vehicle which Morizo (aka Toyota president Akio Toyoda) piloted to 2 victories from 5 races in the 2013 TRD Rally challenge series, good enough to take his class' title.
The completed model measures about 177mm long and 84mm wide. It accurately captures dynamic form complete with mudflaps and twin exhaust. The opening engine hood displays realistic four-cylinder engine recreation. The interior features details such as the roll cage and bucket seat. Includes decals to recreate the red and black livery, plus sponsor markings. Comes with metal transfers.
