"Frame Arms Girl" Wilber Nine Beryl Armor Custom is the first variation of Wilber Nine! She was designed by Kotobukiya's sculptor Hori Katsuhiko, based on an illustration by Komatsu Eiji. She includes clear parts with vivid coloring, has motorcycle-like markings, and additional weapons too.
- Some parts, especially the weapons, have been made into clear parts to give the unit a vivid image.

- The shape of the hair on the back of her head has been changed to give her a new image.
- The bike transforms and becomes armed when attached to her body.
- The bike can be transformed from normal driving mode to attack mode with the "finger machete" deployed.
- Large tires for the bike and small tires for its armed state are included. The bike can be transformed into bike mode even with the small tires.
- The bike can be displayed parked using the interchangeable stand.
- Weapons include a "finger machete" and two "plate derringers" to be held in both hands.
- The special weapon "finger machete" equipped on the arm can be flexibly deployed by moving on two axes, allowing you to create various situations.
- Round bases are included for the armed state, and the bike state with large and small tires.
- Three types of pre-painted face parts are included -- a normal expression, a smug look, and a damaged face.
- Five pairs of PVC hands are included. The PVC hands can be equipped with weapons from the existing "M.S.G" and "Frame Arms" series.
- Eye decals are included.
