This is an injection-plastic jet aircraft model kit.
This model kit is much anticipated by fans; this is the first time that Tamiya has created a kit of a modern jet in 1/72 scale!
The Block 50 version of the legendary U.S. Air Force Fighting Falcon multipurpose fighter now appears in 1/72 scale from Tamiya. The model accurately captures the form and features of the aircraft, including details such as the IFF antenna in front of the cockpit. Parts are included to depict AIM-120C and AIM-9M air-to-air missiles. Comes with a pilot figure. Markings are included for 5th AF commander, 52nd FW Commander, 79th FS Squadron Leader at Tiger Meet 2001.
