This is an injection-plastic kit of a science-fiction/anime item.
This is the quaint flying machine from that 1960s classic show, "Ultraman" that the guys who are NOT Ultraman always fly around in on their way to and from some horrible monster appearance. Its curved lines do suggest the VW automobile of the same name.
