This is an injection-plastic ship model kit.
The Notoro began life as a refueling ship, but she was refurbished into a seaplane carrier in June 1934. The aircraft were housed in the upper deck, and a wooden canopy was installed around the bridge to cover it. This waterline kit includes parts for two aircraft, and decals as well. Will be approximately 20.5cm long when completed.
