Check out this 1/24 scale traffic light set plastic kit by Fujimi! It includes two vehicle signals and four pedestrian signals in blue (the standard version is molded in grey). The car lights are LED type, and the walk lights bulb-type. The included decals are designed to be used without having to paint anything, and show the lighted surface of the footlights including the silhouettes.
